Equipment includes:
• 2 x Viscon, four lane punnet check weighing stations with visual over/underweight light panel indicators for easy manual adjustment of punnet weight by operators
• 1 x Viscon four to one lane channelizer with active punnet tracking and perspex safety boxes
• 1 x Viscon dual label applicators with diversion arm and ink jet coding unit
• 2 x Viscon crate loading units that automatically load punnets into returnable display crates and outputs them to an exit roller conveyor for manual palletisation

Ancillary equipment includes:
• 1 x Viscon PLC control panel 24v DC master electronics cabinet for sensor and servo unit control
• 6 x motorized belt conveyors (various lengths)
• 2 x gravity feed 90-degree roller conveyors (infeed to crate loading units)
• 2 x S shape motorized belt conveyors (infeed to channelizer)
• Miscellaneous items (guide rails, conduits etc)
